An exclusive video from 1991 in Afghanistan shows two of the most dangerous leaders of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group: Abdul Hakim Belhaj, also known as “Abdullah al-Sadiq,” and one of al-Qaeda’s senior leaders, Hussein Qaid, also known as “Abu Yahya al-Libi,” the older brother of the leader Abdul Wahab Qaid, along with a group of Libyan terrorists who had taken refuge in Afghanistan under the pretext of jihad.
